We, the IPE team, are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) to support our team. We are a data-based research and consulting institute focussing on strategic projects and the preparation of scientific studies on socially relevant topics. With our diverse expertise, we advise various industries and the public sector worldwide. As a company, we are currently moving into health economic studies/analyses. We are looking for support for this!

Your tasks
- You will carry out quantitative consulting projects and develop innovative, customised solutions for our clients in the field of health economics and pharmaceutical policy
- You contribute your professional expertise in a targeted manner and drive forward the preparation of studies, evaluations and expert reports in the field of health economics
- Together with your project team, you create econometric models in various programmes (e.g. STATA, R, Python) and derive reliable statements and strategic recommendations for action from the results
- You will play a key role in supporting the strategic development of the new Pharma and Healthcare division
- You identify and develop new market segments and business opportunities to sustainably strengthen IPE's position in the field of health economics
- You continuously expand your network in the healthcare sector and use it to drive forward strategic partnerships and collaborations
What you bring with you
- You have a degree in economics, health economics or a related field
- You have sound professional experience in healthcare or health economics, ideally in a scientific institute
- Ideally, you are familiar with statistical analyses and have experience in creating econometric models and have already gained professional experience in this area (e.g. in the context of a doctorate or in a data analytics department).
- You have sound knowledge of working with at least one common statistical software (e.g. STATA, R, Python)
- You have an "entrepreneurial mindset", like to take responsibility, enjoy motivating and developing smaller teams and have a high customer orientation
- You have a very good command of German and English
- You have the ability to present and explain complex issues in a simple and target-group-specific way.
