Dr Linnéa Rohde has been a Senior Consultant at the IPE since March 2025.

Linnéa studied economics in Heidelberg and Mannheim and completed her doctorate at the University of Mannheim in 2022, specialising in economic policy. She then worked in economic consulting, where she supported clients from the public and private sectors, primarily on energy-related topics. Her work focussed on econometric data analyses, damage assessments and market design issues.

Her skills include analysing large data sets, assessing the economic impact of reforms and developing theoretical and empirical models.
