The transformation processes associated with digitalisation, the maintenance and further development of public infrastructure and demographic change are in full swing. This leads to high expectations of the ability of organisations in the public sector to act.<\/div><br \/><div>Scenario analyses and forecasts provide science- and data-based impulses for strategic future planning. They can be used to recognise changes, reduce uncertainties and improve alignment.
