At the beginning of 2022, she took over the management of IPE. She is responsible for the strategic development of the company. Thematically, she focuses on supporting our clients in three topics: Performance improvement, strategy development and operational efficiency improvement based on data analytics methods.<\/p>\n<p>Charlotte studied industrial engineering at the Technical University of Berlin and the University of Sydney, specialising in mechanical engineering.<\/p>\n<p>After her studies, she joined the internationally active management\/strategy consultancy Roland Berger GmbH as a management consultant in the digital division. During her time at Roland Berger, she focused on digital transformation, strategy development and process optimisation using agile working methods and design thinking processes.
