She holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Tirana. She deepened her practical skills in software development through an intensive full-time programming bootcamp at neue fische - School and Pool for Digital Talent in Hamburg, where she developed an e-commerce web application as her final project. <br \/><br \/>Prior to joining IPE, Arnela worked for a company based in Munich and was involved in various IT projects, including the development of a large-scale, Germany-wide survey platform for a public institution with a performance requirement of up to 1million hits\/min.
