As a partner at McKinsey, EY and Deloitte, he has advised banks, insurance companies, logistics firms and technology and internet companies.<\/p>\n<p>He began his academic career with a degree in economics, followed by a doctorate in financial mathematics at the University of Constance. During his doctorate, Erik L\u00fcders worked as a research assistant at the ZEW in Mannheim. After completing his doctorate, Erik L\u00fcders taught and researched at Laval University in Qu\u00e9bec and the Stern School of Management (New York University) before moving to the private equity business in San Francisco in 2005. In 2022, Erik L\u00fcders joined SKR Beteiligungs AG and the Supervisory Board of mwb Fairtrade.
