Your tasks
- From day one, you will be responsible for the independent preparation and realisation of empirical and
strategic consulting projects with a focus on regulation, public policy and technology/AI - You design and develop analysis and decision-making tools together with your project team (e.g. for
scenario analyses, forecasts or impact modelling) and uses them to identify regulatory options,
systematically evaluate policy instruments or market consequences - You will be responsible for preparing scientific studies on socially and politically relevant topics.
Topics - including method design, analysis, interpretation and storyline, e.g. on questions of AI regulation, digital policy or the economic impact of new rules - You are responsible for leading and developing your project teams
- You are responsible as the first point of contact for our national and international customers
What you bring with you
- Excellent university degree in a business or technical degree programme (e.g.
Economics, statistics, industrial engineering, data science, business informatics or similar) - At least 5 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, data-based management consulting or
a comparable role with a clear consulting/project focus. - Proven very good knowledge of project and stakeholder management
- Experience in leading (project) teams or working groups
- Ideally experience in statistical evaluations/econometric modelling - e.g. from consulting,
Research or analytics units - Strong affinity for AI methods and their application in policy, regulatory or business-related areas
context (e.g. machine learning, generative AI, AI-supported analyses or the automation of
models/workflows) - You don't have to be an AI engineer - but you do need to be curious, confident in working with data and open to using AI in a meaningful way.
Integrate policy analyses and decision-making processes - Ability to communicate complex issues in a concise, understandable and target group-orientated manner
