Change in the public sector is omnipresent and the challenges are manifold. The transformation processes associated with digitalisation, the maintenance and further development of public infrastructure and demographic change are in full swing. This leads to high expectations of the ability of organisations in the public sector to act.

Scenario analyses and forecasts provide science- and data-based impulses for strategic future planning. They can be used to recognise changes, reduce uncertainties and improve alignment. To this end, we quantify, analyse and forecast the consequences of reforms, alternative courses of action and political instruments.
