Background
In a large company, economic terms and concepts played an important role in public discourse, but were not universally understood internally. Management therefore lacked the necessary grounding to follow discussions with confidence and contribute meaningfully to them.

Result
The result was a structured training and reference format that enables management to familiarise themselves independently with key topics, gain a better understanding of discussions and present themselves with greater confidence. This has created a shared knowledge base that facilitates internal coordination and enables management to present themselves with confidence in external discussions.
