Arnela Kapllani has been working as a DevOps Engineer at IPE since March 2026. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Tirana. She deepened her practical skills in software development through an intensive full-time programming bootcamp at neue fische - School and Pool for Digital Talent in Hamburg, where she developed an e-commerce web application as her final project.

Prior to joining IPE, Arnela worked for a company based in Munich and was involved in various IT projects, including the development of a large-scale, Germany-wide survey platform for a public institution with a performance requirement of up to 1million hits/min. Her work focuses on application development, process automation as well as the implementation of DevOps practices to support reliable and scalable software systems and to provide technical support to the data science team.
