Claas Schneiderheinze joined IPE in May 2025 as a Senior Consultant.

Our clients benefit from his excellent economic training and his extensive experience in project management and consulting. His expertise lies in quantitative impact analysis, economic modelling, data collection, data science and artificial intelligence.

After studying economics in Kiel and development economics in Göttingen, Claas completed his doctorate in quantitative economics at the Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel. As a research associate at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy, he gained extensive experience in applied research and policy consulting.

He led international research projects, designed innovative data collection programmes in developing countries and published numerous economic studies. He has also prepared expert reports for federal ministries, supported EU programmes and regularly advised members of the German Bundestag.

Thanks to his many years of experience in political consulting, public relations and teaching, Claas knows how to prepare complex data and economic contexts in a way that is appropriate for the target group and convey them in an understandable way.
