Jasper
Jasper v. der Decken joined the IPE in 2021 and, as Director, is responsible for the strategic direction and further development of the IPE.
Jasper completed his Bachelor's degree in Economics at Maastricht University. He then studied management at the HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management.
After graduating, he joined the international strategy consultancy Roland Berger as a management consultant. At Roland Berger, his focus was on projects along the digital transformation of companies. Using agile working methods, Jasper practised topics such as strategic organisational development (e.g. restructuring, software development), building digital business models (e.g. corporate venturing, building platform models), as well as the implementation of transformation processes (e.g. building digital customer journeys, IT transformation).
