Marie Broekmans has been working as a Project Manager at IPE since September 2025 and designs data- and results-oriented transformation processes at the interface between politics, administration and business. Previously, she worked at PIVOT Economics, PwC and the German Bundestag, among others, where she managed complex change and digitalisation projects and played a key role in shaping strategic decision-making processes. Her consulting experience includes the public sector as well as the consumer goods and healthcare industries. With a Master's degree in Public Economics from the Free University of Berlin and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf, she stands for analytical leadership, strategic implementation expertise and sustainable results in highly regulated industries.
