Svenja Schwarz has been working as a consultant at IPE since August 2025. She completed her Master's degree in Economics at the University of Regensburg. During her work at various research institutes, including the ifo Institute in Munich and ZEW Mannheim, she gained experience in scientific and practical client projects in the fields of digitalisation and the automotive industry. She then deepened this expertise at the economic strategy consultancy Pivot Economics, where she worked at the interface of data analysis, policy writing and external affairs.
